As Diversified’s Senior Director, Cloud, Tom Carlisle leverages his more than 20 years of industry experience to deliver focused, future-forward solutions in decentralized infrastructure for an evolving media landscape. Known for his ability to lead complex design initiatives and develop innovative workflows in sports and live production, he’s a strategic thinker who is passionate about learning with exceptional talent for quickly grasping new technology.

Throughout his career in broadcast and media production, Tom has held several technical leadership positions in broadcast system design and engineering and as a certified cloud solutions architect, leading teams focused on forward thinking multi-vendor production live and post-production environments. With an unyielding dedication to delivering an exceptional client experience, he routinely goes above and beyond to push the boundaries of possibilities to ensure the most desirable outcome and solutions that give clients a highly sought after competitive edge.

Currently, Tom leads Diversified’s Cloud Practice and works closely with industry leaders to develop new and novel workflows in decentralized infrastructure as well as staying current with recent developments such as the newly proposed Dynamic Media Facility and its first output, Media Exchange Layer (MXL).
